This fast-food chain is really good as i always thought, but unfortunately i was disappointed... Here goes.

This fast-food chain is really good as i always thought, but unfortunately i was disappointed... Here goes.
There is a large selection of food and prices are nice, inexpensive food - that is the cheese! There are plenty of delicious dishes for people who like chicken, 1 point for that. BUT it was cold! I don't understand why it was cold, because usually all dishes are petty warm and sometimes hot there. Secondly sanders basket was tasteless. My favourite fried chicken was cold and tasteless... But cheeseburger was amazing, also 1 point for that.
Why did I put away 1 point? Because the staff was sooo slowely. Yeah, it was morning, but this is not an excuse for slow customer service.
So, what can I say at the end: nice prices and food amount, but, please, be a bit faster and warm food. If you want to meal in KFC, you can do it. I hope all these negative things will be eliminated.
